Hi, I'm Maegan, Owner of Earthy Little Scents

I’ve been hand-pouring candles in Oregon since 2019. I started my candle-making journey while attending Oregon State University and graduated in 2021 with a degree in sociology and an option in crime and justice. I discovered that some store-bought candles gave me headaches, even though I loved their scent. My research revealed that pure soy wax candles, free of phthalates and carcinogens in the fragrances, wouldn’t cause that reaction.

In my free time, I began making candles for myself, and once I stopped getting headaches, I realized how much I enjoyed the process. I decided to share my candles by selling them online and at local markets. It’s been a wonderful experience getting to know my customers over the past few years.
