TERMS & CONDITIONS

By using and purchasing through Earthy Little Scents, you acknowledge and agree to our terms and conditions. We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. 

The purchaser agrees to use all purchased products safely, by following all directions (Care Cards) and warning labels on products provided by Earthy Little Scents.

By purchasing and using our products, you agree to hold Earthy Little Scents free from any liability for damages. It is the responsibility of the user of the products to use the products properly. Earthy Little Scents is not responsible for injuries or accidents related directly or indirectly with our products.

SHIPPING

HOT WEATHER!!  
Please bring your package in from delivery right away. This will prevent your products from melting. We put silver cooling wrap around products when we notice temperatures are high in the areas we are shipping to. With hot weather, please note that your package may be exposed to temperatures that are not ideal for our soy products. Wax melts and candles may sweat/melt. Please be considerate of this situation as the heat in transit is beyond our control. We ask that you refrain from ordering if this will be an issue for you.

SHIPPING & PROCESSING 
Processing typically takes Earthy Little Scents 1-5 business days. We ship Priority Mail that estimates a delivery between 1-3 days. We do our best to estimate shipping times, but cannot guarantee them. Delivery times depend on our postal service. Once the package is scanned by the post office we have no control over the packages arrival. We are not liable or responsible for any delays, re-routes, or failed deliveries of your package. *When Ordering Gifts for Holidays Please Order 2 Weeks Ahead to Ensure Arrival will Make it in Time*

SHIPPING CHARGES
We will refund excess shipping charges over $1. 

TRACKING 
A tracking link will be sent to the email associated with your purchase once we print the shipping label. It may take up to 24 hours once the package is scanned by the post office for it to show any updates. 

CANCELLATIONS & ADJUSTMENTS  
We reserve the right to cancel or adjust any orders prior to shipping when unable to communicate with the customer and not provided proper contact information. We are not responsible for any issues that may arise with your order in this case. Once an order has shipped, it may not be canceled under any circumstance. 

MULTIPLE ORDERS
Please let us know if you have multiple orders pending, so we can combine them. We will refund excess charges.

MISSING PACKAGES
We are not responsible for a package that has been shown as delivered by the postal service but is missing to you. Mail theft is not the responsibility of Earthy Little Scents or USPS. We unfortunately can't replace or reimburse you for any missing packages. If you believe that your package is missing, please contact your local USPS office. They are best equipped to locate your package.

DAMAGED ITEMS
In the event that your products arrived damaged from shipping, please send us a photo and we will file a claim to our postal service on your behalf.  

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. 

REFUNDS

REFUND POLICY
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. All returned items must be unburned, undamaged, and in the original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or custom orders. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  

If your item is defective, damaged, or the wrong product, please contact us immediately at the customer service email below to arrange a refund or exchange. Please send a picture of the item. We will file a claim for damaged items on your behalf.

RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please contact us at earthylittlescents@gmail.com. Make sure to attach a receipt or proof of purchase in the email with the Subject Line "Return Request". Once your return is approved we will email you a return address and instructions. You will have 7-days after a refund approval to get your item postmarked by the post office. Items sent back to us without requesting a return and getting approved will not be accepted.

Please note, you will be responsible for return shipping charges. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

RECEIVING A REFUND
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will notify you by email if the refund was approved. Please allow 5-days from the delivery of your refund to get a refund approval email. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
